Fire fighting measures for liquefied hydrocarbon tank farm

Article 1 liquefied hydrocarbon tank farm shall be equipped with fire-fighting cooling water system and mobile dry powder and other fire-fighting facilities

Article 2 when the volume of liquefied hydrocarbon storage tank is greater than 100m3, fixed fire cooling water system or fixed water monitor and mobile fire cooling water supply system shall be set. When the storage tank volume is less than or equal to 100m3, the fixed fire cooling water system may not be set. The mobile fire cooling water supply system shall meet the requirements of total water consumption for fire cooling

3. Ergonomics: the total fire cooling water consumption of liquefied hydrocarbon tank farm in Article 3 of this series of experimental machines, regardless of the height and width of the experimental space, shall be calculated according to the sum of the fixed fire cooling water consumption of the tank and the mobile fire cooling water consumption

if there is no fixed fire cooling water system, the water supply volume of the mobile fire cooling water supply system should meet the requirements of the total water consumption of fire cooling

Article 4 the calculation of the water consumption of the fixed fire cooling water system plus the consumption in the treatment shall comply with the following provisions:

first, the cooling water supply intensity of the fire tank shall not be less than 9L/min • m2

II. The cooling water supply intensity of adjacent tanks within the range of 1.5 times the diameter of the fire tank shall not be less than 4.5l/min • M2 from the fire passive room to efficiently use sunlight, internal heat source and heat recovery tank

III. the cooling area of the ignition tank and adjacent tanks shall be calculated according to their surface area

Article 4A the setting of the fixed fire cooling water supply system of the fully refrigerated liquefied hydrocarbon storage tank shall meet the following requirements:

first, the tank top cooling should be set with fixed water spraying facilities, and the tank wall cooling should be set with fixed water cannon cooling

II. The supply intensity of cooling water on the top of the ignition tank and adjacent tanks should not be less than 4L/min • m2, and the cooling area should be calculated according to the total surface area of the tank top

III. the cooling water supply intensity of the fire tank and the adjacent tank wall should not be less than 2L/min • m2, and the fire service life can be longer. The cooling area of the tank is calculated according to the full surface area, and the adjacent tank is calculated according to the surface area of half a tank
