The province had developed a pandemic response plan in 2006 that was updated in 2013, but the process stalled after work started on a “Ready and Resilient” blueprint in 2016loosening.
“Do you have any knowledge about the “Ready and Resilient” plan and why it wasn’t completed in four years before COVID?” commission co-counsel John Callaghan asked.
