Coal mine gas inspection safety technology
1. The gas inspector is responsible for inspecting the gas concentration, temperature and the operation of "one ventilation and three prevention" facilities within his jurisdiction
2. You must be familiar with the mine ventilation system and the ventilation, gas, dust prevention, fire prevention and extinguishing facilities within your jurisdiction
3. the regulations on ventilation and gas must be strictly implemented, and the gas inspection record manual, signboard and relevant statements must be filled in
4. When the gas in some underground areas exceeds the limit, when the concentration is less than 3%, it can be handled in time; When finding hidden dangers in "one ventilation and three prevention", take measures immediately and report to the ventilation dispatcher
5. the shift handover system should be strictly implemented
6. the gas inspector should carry the tile detector, inspection stick, rubber tube, thermometer and record form
7. When receiving the watt detector, check whether the drugs, circuits, air tightness and stripes meet the requirements; Check the air tightness and bolts when receiving the carbon monoxide detector
8. the method of checking the concentration of methane and carbon dioxide with a gas detector is as follows: (1) clean the gas chamber in the air inlet of the gas location to be measured, return the micro reading to zero, and set the baseline to zero; (2) At the test site, squeeze the air pump with auxiliary pipe for 5 ~ 7 times, observe the calibrator and read out the methane concentration; (3) When checking the carbon dioxide concentration at the detection site, first measure the methane concentration according to the above method; Then pull out the auxiliary pipe and measure the concentration of mixed gas by checking methane; The concentration of carbon dioxide is obtained by subtracting the concentration of methane from the concentration of mixed gas
9. the operation method of measuring the concentration of carbon monoxide shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 10 and 11 of the regulations for fire area observation workers
10. the places where gas needs to be measured are as follows (1) the places where methane and carbon dioxide need to be measured in the coal mining face are ① the air inlet flow of the working face (refers to the air flow from the air inlet channel to the coal wall line of the working face); ② Air flow in the working face (refers to the air flow in the space 20 cm away from the coal wall, roof and floor respectively and bounded by the top cutting line of the goaf); ③ Upper corner (refers to the place 1m away from the last shed on the return air side of the coal mining face); ④ Working face return air flow (refers to a section of air flow that does not converge with other air flows in the return air chute 10 meters away from the coal mining working face); ⑤ Tail roadway (refers to the roadway specially used for gas drainage in the coal face of high gas and gas outburst mines) fence. (2) The places where the basic composition of the framework for methane production, study and research and carbon dioxide need to be measured at the heading face are ① the air flow at the heading face (refers to a section of air flow from the outlet or inlet of the air duct to the heading face); ② Return air flow of heading face; ③ Air flow within 10 meters before and after the local ventilator; ④ Local high rise areas. (3) The determination of methane and carbon dioxide in the total return air or one wing return air flow of the mine is carried out in each wind measuring station; (4) The determination of methane and carbon dioxide in these products of the return air flow in the mining area is carried out in the wind measuring station after the confluence of the air flows in each division of the mining area; (5) The determination of methane, carbon dioxide and other harmful gases in the chamber is carried out in each chamber; (6) The inspection of methane and carbon dioxide in the air inlet flow of the mining face with motors (such as small winches, water pumps, coal miners, roadheader, mobile substation, etc.) shall be carried out in the roadway within 20 meters at both ends of the air inlet and return centered on the motor; (7) The parts of gas inspection at the blasting site are ① the gas inspection at the blasting site of the coal mining face should be carried out in the air flow within 20 meters above and below the coal wall of the working face; ② The gas inspection at the blasting site of the heading face should be carried out in the tunnel airflow within 20 meters outside the point and at the local gas accumulation within this range
tensile testing machine is a necessary testing machine for scientific research, machinery and other industries to do experiments. 11. The number and sequence of cyclic gas inspection are (1) the number of gas inspection shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations; (2) The sequence and relevant regulations of cyclic gas inspection are as follows: ① the coal mining face starts from the air inlet roadway, and passes through the coal mining face, upper corner, air return roadway, tail roadway fence, etc. as a cyclic inspection; ② When the double lane heading face is inspected by a gas inspector, the gas shall be inspected in a cycle from the heading at the air inlet side to the heading face at the air return side; ③ In the cyclic inspection, the inspection time of the unmanned working area or other inspection points should be determined on the mining face and at the interval of the next inspection; ④ The interval time of gas inspection in the mining face should be uniform. Under normal circumstances, the interval time of three inspections per shift is not allowed to be too large or too small. For two inspections per shift, the interval time is not allowed to complete one inspection within half a shift
12. After each gas inspection, the gas record manual and blackboard must be filled in and reported to the dispatching station at any time
13. each local solution is coated with fine microbial ceramic particles made of hydroxyapatite (calcium phosphate mineral materials found in teeth and bones). When gas accumulates or accumulates in a blind lane with temporary air stoppage, under the condition that the gas concentration does not exceed 3%, it can be discharged locally according to the formulated emission measures, but it is not allowed to blow; When the concentration of accumulated gas exceeds 3%, it shall be reported to the chief engineer of the mine to preside over the formulation of measures and discharge according to the provisions of the measures
